Educational purpose

The EduLife Communication Program is a self-paced online course providing general education on conversation, listening, and interpersonal skills. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee specific personal, professional, social, or relationship outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, context, and circumstances outside our control.

Eligibility

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The program is not intended for emergency situations, unsafe personal situations, or coercive conduct.

Acceptable use

Program materials may not be used to manipulate, deceive, pressure, harass, or impersonate another person. Materials are licensed for personal educational use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to train automated systems.

Access and delivery

On successful payment you receive lifetime access to all nine program modules via the customer area. Access is personal and non-transferable. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

Payment, billing, and refunds

The program is a one-time purchase processed by our payment provider. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund.

Intellectual property

All program content, including video, text, and downloadable materials, is owned by EduLife and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EduLife is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
