Refund Policy

14-day refund window

If the EduLife Communication Program is not the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No long form, no follow-up calls. Email us and we process it.

How to request a refund

Send an email to support@edulifeprogram.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order number or the email used for purchase. We confirm receipt within one business day and process the refund within five business days from confirmation.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor. The time it takes for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank, typically three to ten business days after we process the refund.

After the 14-day window

After the 14-day window, the purchase is final and refunds are not available. You keep lifetime access to the program regardless.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, or if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the program and we cannot resolve it, contact us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis even outside the 14-day window.
